Environmental degradation is closely linked to our disposable culture. As a brand, we want to use our initiative and products as an alternative to the world's highly consumeristic way of living that is harmful to the environment and the makers.

One Purchase, One Tree
As a fashion brand, we often ask ourselves: what small things can we do to protect the forests in the area around our villages? As a way to contribute back, for every purchase of our products, we plant one local fruit tree on the communal land of our partner village. Because by planting local fruit trees, we are not only creating a positive impact on the environment, but also something meaningful for the local villages. We hope that the results of these fruit trees can also be enjoyed directly and have additional economic value for the people who plant & care for them.

Enviromentally-Friendly Materials
Sustainability is at the core of what we do. We believe that our initiative should also have less impact on the environment. Grounded by local indigenous knowledge that our ancestors garnered from generations of living with nature, most of our products are handcrafted from all-natural material with natural coloring. As we grow and develop throughout the years, we are committed to using less and less synthetic materials.

Plastic-Free Packaging
Plastic bags are literally everywhere you look. They are floating in the oceans, tangled in trees, stuck in fences and filling landfills. Every year, an estimated 1 trillion shopping bags are disposed worldwide.
As a sustainable business, we do not want to be part of the problem, but part of the solution. We say a big NO to plastic packaging, instead we use recycled paper and organic cotton to wrap our beautiful pieces.

Rattan Planting
As a sustainable business, we embrace regenerative approach, we work hand in hand with the community to ensure long-term availability of the rattan resources in our partner villages. This will be future ecological and economic assets for our partner villages.

All-Recycled Bali Store
In August 2021, we just opened our new store located in Sanur, Bali. Did you know that our shop is furnished using reclaimed wood?
All the wood we use as displays and furnitures in our Bali shop use reclaimed wood from used containers which we have selected carefully with local wood craftsmen in Bali. We work closely with them to ensure that we don't use any virgin wood material, knowing that new construction contributes a lot to environmental degradation. Next time you visit Bali, be sure to come and see our little green moves.
